Dr. Talley served the United States with the US Army for 20 years and is an active advocate for helping disabled Veterans. He retired with 15 years of service from Law Enforcement and cherishes his time serving many Communities and hundreds of thousands of youth since 2001. He holds multiple degrees, has attained 2 black belts in martial arts and 1 defensive tactics certification and loves mentoring and teaching, golfing, writing and travelling. He is the founder and owner of Chocolity Chips and its' non-profit division, EPIC Youth Initiative. He is responsible for all T.E.A.M (Training, education & Mentoring) activities and curriculum.
Director of Logistics and Coordination
Sidney is a 1987 graduate of Gallatin High School Tennessee where he received the Fellowship Christian Athlete of the Year Award, All-Mid State Football Selection and Senior Superlative "Most Versatile". He is a US Navy Veteran and retired Veterans Administrative Executive. He works with coordinating activities for Spring and Summer Camps for our youth. He is a Community historian and philanthropist. He is responsible for coordination and logistics of all travel activities, as well as daily office operations.
